David B. Kopel has written seven books, dozens of articles in scholarly journals, and hundreds of magazine and newspaper
articles. He has appeared on Nightline, McNeil-Lehrer, and many other programs, and has been quoted by The Wall Street
Journal, Time, the New York Times, the Washington Post, and many other publications.
Additionally, David serves
as Research Director of the Independence Institute; Director of the Center on the Digital Economy at the Heartland
Institute; an Associate Policy Analyst, Cato Institute; Columnist, National Review Online; Columnist, Sunday Rocky
Mountain News/Denver Post; Columnist, Chronicles; Contributing Editor, Liberty magazine; Editor-in-Chief, Journal on
Firearms & Public Policy; Contributing Editor, Gun Week, Gun News Digest; Contributing Legal Editor, Firearms Trade;
and served as an Adjunct Professor of Law, New York University, 1998-99.
Andre Walker serves as the Executive Director for NoInternetTax.org’s sister organization, NoETax.com, in the United
Kingdom. He attended Royal Holloway College, University of London and served as Campaigns Officer at his
College Union. Walker was elected Chairman of the University of London Union (the largest student body in Europe
with circa 120,000 members).
Walker has served as a Freelance Contributor for numerous UK media agencies,
including: the BBC TV, ITV, Channel 4, and Radio 5. Andre served on the first elected National Executive
Committee of Conservative Future. Currently, Walker is working political projects across Europe, including campaigns
against greater regulation from Brussels, while continuing his education at Salford University.
